Our consultants have worked on multiple analytics projects for our clients. These have included working on vendor analytics software enhancements for monitoring operations at our Utility clients and financial data for telecommunication companies. Analytics data include remote connect/disconnect, usage and billing, outage management, exception monitoring, revenue protection and alerts monitoring, network device and meter monitoring for the running of daily operations for our clients. Since the software and tools require continuous enhancement and modifications to improve business operations, our consultants have worked on long term projects to analyze, submit recommendations and retrieve data for our customers to assist in ensuring that the efficiency is maintained, loss in revenue due to external factors is mitigated and monitoring of external vendor operations is conducted.
