Operations Management Projects

Our consultants have fulfilled roles responsible for IT Operations, production support, and incident  coordination of several high business value applications.  We have managed multiple parallel IT software and  infrastructure initiatives. The infrastructure projects included replacing entire platforms of hardware and network components supporting PECO’s Regional Network. The software projects required managing several upgrades of the Sensus Regional Network Interface (“RNI”) and related supporting applications as well as a replacement and refresh of the Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) & Virtual Private Network (VPN) backhaul networks.  

We have worked on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting, managing a multi-year Vulnerable Assessment Remediation effort, and active membership in the Exelon Configuration and Change Management Board. Additionally, we have provided project management services for our clients to manage teams of QA Testers, Vendor Support personnel, and 24X7 Handheld field support personnel including process re-development. These platforms currently support 2.5 million customers in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
