For our program management services our experienced consultants have worked on the Release Management,  Development/Integration, Testing, System Acceptance, Implementation, Go-Live, Post-Production support and successful transition for client operations. We have delivered work plans, resource plans, solution scope documents, requirements, design documents, configuration  design documents, test plans and conditions, weekly executive status  reporting, as well as monitored and recommended business process changes and impacts. This included managing large team of several Project Managers, integration leads, developers, QA leads, and testers from multiple teams and vendors. 

For our Release Management implementations we have developed and executed system and operational release strategies that supported Implementation schedules and associated IT dependencies consistent with client requirements for filing with the PA Public Utilities Commission & subsequent PUC approval.
