We have provided solutions for our clients for their Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS). Our Clients have requirements for enhancement to their MDMS systems used for collection of Meter usage data and their calculations for Customer Billing processes and new residential or commercial customer contracts. We have worked on projects for our clients for implementation of enhancements through the Software Development Life cycle processes for the MDMS systems (L&G's Gridstream, Oracle MDM) integration processes, after changes in underlying code functionality, with the source data systems and monitoring of this data for evaluating missing interval data, exception handling, remote connects and disconnects of meters etc.

Our consultants have implemented projects for enhancements related to managing usage data for to outage occurrences during storms and other events causing outages. These have included gathering business requirements, developing the process for quality assurance and testing of code implementations for Oracle MDM optimizations and integration of these implementations with Customer Billing software such as CSS and Lodestar Billing.
