Cerner - Production Support and Development

For our Production Support projects at Cerner, our consultants have worked with supporting physical and virtual Windows and Linux Servers, used V-Sphere to manage virtual servers hosting Windows Domain Servers, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, application, backup, and web servers, and Linux Logging Servers. We have deployed monitoring tools to help the IT team to visually see and understand what is happening on the data network and the load on servers and managed network infrastructure - firewall, routers, and switches.

Our consultants have developed processes to automate processing data and delivering reports to relevant business users. At the Medical Records departments we have developed scripts to process data and format into readable reports and  integrating SQL Databases and Microsoft Office Applications for developing new user interfaces. Data processed would be stored in a SQL database and the end-user, using Microsoft Excel, would query the data tables. Reports would be prepared for internal personnel and reporting agencies both government and corporate auditors.
