Smart Grid Ventures has managed direct P&L and account management, responsibilities for customer relationships, with over 500 deployments and for professional staff supervision. Our budgetary responsibilities for this project was approximately $400 million. Our project management activities included employment, supervision, management, mentoring, training, performance reviews(including release) for a staff of 17 people (Professional Project Managers, Project Coordinators, SAP Administrators, and General Administration staff). We have Interacted with all levels of the customer organization. Our team achievements for this project are :
- 100% customer milestones on time, $0 liquidated damages, 98% budgets at plan
- Developing standardized PMO processes, program tools and metrics including - Earned Value Metrics, Variance Analysis Reports, Material Forecasting, Cost Model Tools - Project/Timeline Tools and Standardized Templates with Microsoft Project and Excel
- Provided status updates and actively participate in TruePosition Senior Executive Management weekly meetings on corporate profitability and various client escalations and action item resolutions.
