Asset Management Project

We have worked with our clients on multiple stages of development and enhancements of the Meter Asset Management projects at PPL. Our projects involved streamlining the steps to test new meters added to the inventory process, returning defective or obsolete merchandise, adding these meters to the production line and retiring meters that were no longer needed.

Our projects involved the enhancement and functional integration of these IT processes of the Meter Asset Management system product developed by the vendor (WECO), managing the upgrades tied to the vendor software and it's integration, providing support to the system in the production environment for the business users.
